The head is equipped with an infrared receiver. During installation, the road surface shall be flat and straight. No matter how long the door row is, we just need to close the door and aim at the infrared.
When the transmitter and receiver are aligned, the receiver light goes out. When someone (object) blocks and cuts off the infrared beam, the indicator light of the receiver will light up and send a signal to press the alarm. If the door is not closed, the alarm will not alarm; If the infrared ray is not aligned, it will alarm immediately when the door is closed, which is also a problem we often encounter in the installation.
(Note: lead wire Description: Brown and blue are power wires, white and black are normally open, white and gray are normally closed, and normally open contacts, white and black are common contacts.)
If the infrared does not alarm: first check whether the infrared transmitter and receiver are in good condition; If the transmitter and receiver are in good condition, open the chassis door. After the door is closed and stopped (you can place a magnet to test), see if LED8 will light up. If LED8 is not on, you can use tweezers to insert the anti push and anti climb Clarinet (1 short circuit) to see if led6 is on: led12 is not on, the infrared anti push and anti climb circuit board is broken; Turn led12 on, block and cut off the infrared beam to see if LED8 is on; LED8 is on, but it doesn´t alarm. Use 50V DC multimeter to measure whether the output of repeater is 12V. If there is an output, the repeater is broken; No output, infrared anti push and anti climb circuit board damaged. First, check whether the switch power indicator (green) is on. If not, we need to check the brown and white lines. Since there is voltage input at the brown 220 V voltage end of the switching power supply, the indicator light is not on, indicating that the switching power supply is damaged.
A. If there is no problem with the switching power supply, the LED 6 power indicator on the infrared motherboard will be on. Press the open key, LD1, led18, led9, led14 light-emitting diodes will light up. LED1 and led18 emit light. The infrared probe has emission voltage, which is used to touch the probe to see if the infrared signal output indicator is on. Not light: first replace the motherboard test, and then replace the fire test; The indicator light is on, indicating that the infrared line is normal. The main reason is that the signal is not transmitted to the controller. Check whether the black line is connected and whether the interface 1 is in good condition. If the transmission line is normal, the controller can be replaced directly.
B. If LED1 and led18 are not on. First, check whether the infrared anti-collision spring is short circuited. If you can, because the infrared anti-collision reed is used to cut off the infrared power. In case of short circuit, LED1 and led18 are not on. If there is an open circuit, it will have anti-collision effect, but it will return automatically when it is 40cm away from the door post (closed limit); If you don´t cut off the infrared power, the infrared has been launching and launching, there are always obstacles in front.
