The inspection steps are as follows:
First, observe whether the upper and lower door clips of the movable leaf of the automatic door have friction with the fixed leaf, and whether the floor has friction with the ground.
If so, adjust the gap between the movable door leaf and the fixed door leaf or adjust the suspension of the movable door leaf.
Check whether the ground wheel under the clamp of the movable door is loose, and fix it firmly or replace it.
Remove the back cover and check whether there is friction between the hanger and the rear wall of the track.
The solution is to adjust the hanger to keep it vertical.
Observe whether there are bumps and damages on the lifting wheel and crawler, replace the lifting wheel or repair and replace the crawler.

1. For wall installation, the wall must be flat before installation to avoid noise caused by track bending and unevenness.
The flatness of the installation surface of the guide rail shall be less than that of the wall.
The guide rail can be fixed with expansion screw with an interval of 35 ~ 45cm.
2. When channel steel and angle iron frame are installed, they can be directly fixed with flat head screw or self working screw, and the spacing can be the same as the top, 1 ~ 2 vertical.
3. Before track installation, fill water with transparent water pipe (not in the pipe), measure the levelness of both ends and the middle of the guide rail, and the ground shall be subject to the point.
