In modern life, electric and intelligent products are widely used, and the use of electric telescopic doors is becoming more and more common. However, according to many people, in the process of use, they will encounter switches that cannot be freely opened and closed. It has brought some troubles to people. Here is a detailed introduction to the detection method that the telescopic door can not be opened and closed freely.
1. First check whether the electric telescopic door has electric leakage and whether the fuse is burned. If a fuse is blown, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out.
2. Unplug the underground cable plug in the reception room, and use a multimeter to measure whether the red, white and yellow leads of the motor are connected. If the red, white and yellow lines are not connected, then check if the red, white and yellow lines in the terminal box at the tail of the machine are connected, indicating that the red, white and yellow lines in the underground cable are disconnected. Then disassemble the hood, and the electric door will test the three lines at the plug connecting the door row and the machine head. If they are connected, it means that the line from the end of the door row to the reception room is disconnected. If they are still not connected, directly measure whether the stator coil of the motor is open.
3. The motor leads of the electric telescopic door are only connected in red and yellow, but not in white. Check whether the motor stator is hot. If it is too hot, it means that the motor thermal protection shutdown cannot be opened and closed, and the trackless door is only connected in red and yellow. If it is not too hot, check whether the starting capacitor is invalid.
4. If the motor is in good condition or cannot be switched on and off, then measure whether the three limit signal lines (blue, green and gray) are short circuited, because the automatic stop of the door in place is induced by the limit sensor. If the K1 and K2 sensors are short circuited at the same time, it is equivalent to that the door is opening, and the closing time limit has caused the reason why the door cannot be opened and closed.
