There are many kinds of automatic induction doors. Here, I will take the translational induction automatic door machine as an example to introduce the components of the automatic induction door machine:


(1) Main controller: it is the command center of the automatic door, which sends out corresponding commands through the large-scale integrated block with internal command program to command the motor or electric lock system to work; At the same time, people adjust the opening speed, opening amplitude and other parameters of the door through the main controller.


(2) Induction detector: it is responsible for collecting external signals, just like people´s eyes. When a moving object enters its working range, it will give a pulse signal to the main controller;


(3) Power motor: provides the driving force for opening and closing the door, and controls the acceleration and deceleration of the door leaf.


(4) Door leaf running track: like the railway track of a train, it constrains the lifting gear and wheel system of the door leaf to move in a specific direction.


(5) Door leaf hanger wheel system: used to hang the movable door leaf and drive the door leaf to run under power traction.


(6) Synchronous belt (V-belt is used by some manufacturers): it is used to transmit the power generated by the motor, and to pull the door hanger and pulley system.


(7) Lower guide system: it is the guide and positioning device at the lower part of the door leaf to prevent the front and rear door bodies from swinging during the operation of the door leaf.


(8) The automatic induction door is equipped with an induction door machine, which is the collective name of a series of components that control the opening and closing of the automatic door; Also called automatic door unit or induction door unit; The components of th
