The working principle of electric motors is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Electric motors are widely used in machinery, metallurgy, petroleum, coal, chemistry, aviation, transportation, agriculture, and various other industries. With the continuous improvement of industrial automation, it is necessary to use various control motors as components of automation systems. In the automatic control system of artificial satellites, motors are also indispensable. In addition, electric motors are increasingly widely used in national defense, culture and education, medical treatment, and daily life (in the modern household appliance industry).
Generally, a motor mainly consists of two parts: the fixed part is called the stator, and the rotating part is called the rotor. In addition, there are end caps, fans, enclosures, chassis, junction boxes, and so on.
The working principle of a motor is based on the law of electromagnetic induction, the law of full circuit Ohm, and the law of electromagnetic force. When the magnetic pole rotates in a clockwise direction, the magnetic line of force of the magnetic pole cuts the rotor guide bar, and an electromotive force is induced in the guide bar. The direction of the electromotive force is determined by the right-hand rule. Because motion is relative, if the magnetic pole does not move and the rotor guide bar rotates in a counterclockwise direction, the electromotive force can also be induced in the guide bar. Under the action of electromotive force, a current is generated in the closed conductor bar. This current interacts with the magnetic field of the rotating magnetic pole, causing the rotor bar to be subjected to an electromagnetic force (ampere force), the direction of which can be determined using the left hand rule. Electromagnetic torque is generated by electromagnetic force, and the rotor rotates.
In this design, the motor is used to drive the opening and closing of the electric telescopic door to complete the control of the electric telescopic door.
Composition and working principle of electric telescopic door
Composition of electric retractable door: Electric retractable door mainly consists of door body, driver, and control system. The door body is made of high-quality stainless steel and aluminum alloy special profiles, and is hinged using the parallelogram principle, with flexible expansion and large stroke. The driver is driven by a special motor, with worm and worm gear decelerating, and there is no manual clutch. It can be manually opened and closed in case of power failure. The control system has a control panel, button switches, and can be equipped with wireless remote control devices according to user requirements. It can be equipped with a scrolling display screen to display 500 words of display content. It can also be equipped with an intelligent infrared dual probe anti-collision device, which can automatically return to operation when encountering people or foreign objects for 20-30cm, thereby ensuring the safety of vehicles and pedestrians.
