1. Manually pulling the clutch chain automatically disconnects the electrical control circuit of the door opener, making it electrically inoperable.
2. Facing the door opener, then pulling down the right-hand chain can achieve the door opening action. Pull down on the left-hand chain to achieve the door closing action.
3. To restore electrical work, it is necessary to loosen the chain. If loosening the chain is not enough, you can pull the chain left and right, so that you can switch to electric mode to start the industrial door.
Sometimes due to a power outage or machine malfunction at home, when the electric system loses control, the interlock can be pulled down and the lifting door can be manually opened and closed. If you want to close the liftgate, drag it down, and if you want to open the liftgate, lift it up. But one thing to note is that after closing the liftgate, ensure that the latch is not detached, otherwise anyone can open the door. After restoring power, the latch must be locked so that it can be controlled using a remote control or remote switch.
Liftgate infrared device: There is an infrared device below the liftgate that protects the safety of people and objects. One side is the transmitting end and the other side is the receiving end. When the receiving unit can receive infrared from the transmitting end, it indicates that the path is safe. Otherwise, it indicates that it is unsafe, and the liftgate will automatically rise. However, if the infrared device under the liftgate is offset, it will cause the liftgate to fail to operate. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the transmitter and receiver to align the liftgate and it can be used normally.
