This is another factory access security solution tailored for a leading new energy manufacturing enterprise by Haifeng Automatic Doors, after covering 12 advanced manufacturing industrial parks in the Pearl River Delta region. With millimeter-level precision and scenario-specific design, it meets the high-load production operation requirements of BYD Pingshan Base after its expansion and upgrade.
As a core hub of the global new energy vehicle and battery industry, the Pingshan BYD Industrial Park encompasses multiple core functional areas such as vehicle assembly, cell production, and intelligent inspection. Different workshops have distinct performance requirements for the passage doors: The clean room for cell production requires the door opening and closing speed to be no less than 1.5m/s, and the sealing level to reach IP65, to minimize the interference of external dust and temperature/humidity fluctuations on the precise production process; The heavy material turnover passage requires the door to withstand 12-level wind pressure, meeting the daily 3,000+ times of high-frequency passage requirements; And the linkage passage in the autonomous driving test workshop needs the rapid door to achieve millisecond-level signal connection with the AGV handling system and the personnel access system, fully adapting to the passage logic of unmanned logistics.
After receiving the project requirements, the technical team of Haifeng Automatic Doors immediately formed an exclusive breakthrough team and visited the Pingshan park three times to conduct on-site surveys of 17 target passages´ terrain, load-bearing conditions, and the linkage conditions with surrounding equipment. They discarded 2 sets of general-purpose rapid door adaptation plans and finally determined the production concept of "customized by zones, one gate, one plan": The door frame adopts a 2.0mm thick industrial-grade aluminum alloy one-piece bending forming process, combined with a high-density PVC curtain with anti-tear fibers, and the built-in infrared safety curtain + bottom air pressure sensor dual anti-clash system. Even in the event of unexpected situations such as material carts mistakenly entering or personnel close proximity passage, it can trigger the rebound mechanism within 0.1 seconds, completely avoiding the risk of passage.
It is worth noting that all the rapid doors customized in this project are equipped with the intelligent variable frequency control system independently developed by Haifeng. It not only supports 8 opening modes such as manual triggering, Bluetooth sensing, and AGV signal connection, but also pre-sets the port compatibility space for future 3 years of park production expansion, allowing for direct connection to the subsequent newly added security and production management systems without disassembling the door body. To match BYD´s green manufacturing standards, all the edge materials in the production process are 100% classified recycling, and the overall material of the door body is 92% recyclable. The operating energy consumption is 37% lower than the industry standard model, fully meeting the requirements of a zero-carbon park.
