Good News - Haifeng Automatic Doors Successfully Completed the Delivery of 11 Industrial Yellow Rapid Doors for Zhongshan, Establishing a New Defense Line for Efficient Factory AccessRecently, from the delivery center of Haifeng Automatic Doors, a good news was announced: After the project team conducted on-site surveys, customized production, precise installation, and 72-hour continuous operation and debugging for 12 working days, all 11 custom-made yellow industrial rapid doors in the intelligent manufacturing park of Zhongshan have been fully accepted by the client and have been officially put into daily production use. This is another high-standard batch rapid door landing case after the projects in Foshan Food Industrial Park and Dongguan Electronic Manufacturing Base. This is Haifeng Automatic Doors´ deep engagement in the industrial door field in South China, following the projects in Foshan and Dongguan, and it is another milestone achievement.
The client chose Zhongshan Zhubo Development Zone, a well-known domestic new energy vehicle parts manufacturing enterprise, which has far exceeded industry standards requirements for the efficiency of access at the workshop entrances and exits, dust-proof sealing, and safety warning levels. The old curtain doors in the original workshop were slow in opening and closing, and had poor sealing performance. Not only was it difficult to maintain the constant temperature and humidity environment in the workshop, but also frequent accidents of scratches occurred at the entrances where outsiders and forklifts mixed, which directly affected the yield of precision parts and the efficiency of factory access. The project team of Haifeng Automatic Doors, during the first round of on-site surveys, combined 11 different-sized equipment rooms, clean workshops, and logistics channel entrances and exits scenarios, and finally determined a high-visibility safety yellow rapid door customization plan for the client - the eye-catching yellow door body not only has a natural safety warning effect in the logistics channels with dense forklift operations, but also meets the client´s unified VI visual requirements for the factory.
All 11 yellow rapid doors are equipped with servo control systems, with a switch speed of 0.6-1.5m/s that can be adjusted, and each door can support 1000 high-frequency openings and closings without pressure per day. The bottom of the door body is equipped with U-shaped flexible PVC airbags, which automatically stop when encountering obstacles, and are combined with three safety configurations of dual-side infrared photoelectric protection, ground magnetic ring for forklift sensing, and radar triggering. They are fully compatible with the high-intensity production rhythm of three shifts per day. For the 3 rapid doors for the clean workshop scenario, we have also upgraded the zipper self-repair structure, so that the door body can automatically reset after accidental derailment, without the need for frequent manual maintenance. The sealing grade reaches IP65, completely blocking the interference of external dust and temperature and humidity fluctuations on the precision production process.
From the on-site construction cooperation with the client for staggered production during the project entry to providing one-on-one operation training for each security and maintenance personnel in the factory after installation, the Haifeng Automatic Doors team´s all-round refined service has also received high praise from the client: "During the one-week trial operation of the 11 doors, the forklift access efficiency increased by three times, the dust concentration in the workshop dropped by 40%, the yellow door body could be seen from afar, and there has been no situation of people and vehicles competing for access in the channel recently."
